How fast will I see a difference?
Bedding and traction: immediately. Joint supplements: typically 3–4 weeks of daily use. Dental and calming support: gradual, over a month or more.
Are your supplements vet approved?
Our supplements are made in facilities following current good manufacturing practices, but "vet approved" is not a real certification and we won't claim it. Please talk to your own veterinarian before starting anything, especially if your dog takes prescription anti-inflammatories or has kidney or liver disease.
How do I size the harness, bed and bandana?
Harness: chest girth at the widest point, size up if between. Bed: nose to tail while lying stretched out, plus 6 inches. Bandana: neck circumference plus 2 inches. Every product page lists its own measurements.
How long is shipping?
Care products: 2–4 business days processing, 5–12 business days delivery in the US. Apparel and bandanas are printed on demand and ship separately, adding 2–5 days.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, to most countries. International delivery typically runs 10–20 business days. Duties and import fees are the customer's responsibility.
Can I return something?
30 days, unopened and unused, for a full refund. Opened supplements can't be returned for safety reasons — but if a product arrives damaged or wrong, we replace it, no return shipping.
My dog died. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Email us and we'll cancel or refund it, shipped or not. We're very sorry.
