Processing
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Print-on-demand apparel and bandanas are produced after you order and ship from a separate facility, so a multi-item order may arrive in two packages with two tracking numbers.
Delivery estimates
- United States: 5–12 business days
- Canada: 8–15 business days
- United Kingdom, EU, Australia: 10–20 business days
- Most other countries: 10–20 business days
These are estimates after processing, not guarantees, and carrier delays are outside our control.
Shipping costs
Free standard shipping on US orders over $49. Otherwise a flat $5.95. Merch ships on its own rate table and qualifies for free US shipping over $150. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Duties and import fees
International orders may incur duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not collected by us at checkout.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 3–5 days to begin updating, which is normal and doesn't mean the package is lost.
Lost or stuck packages
If tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier and replace or refund the order.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can correct an address before an order ships; after that we're at the carrier's mercy.
