What to include
- Order questions — your order number, and we'll pull it up.
- Returns — email us before shipping anything back; see our Refund policy for the 30-day terms.
- Damaged or wrong item — send a photo within 14 days and we'll replace or refund it. Keep the item.
- Sizing help — tell us your dog's measurements and weight and we'll recommend a size. Every product page lists its own measurements too.
We're a small operation, not a call centre. A real person reads every email.
