Who we are

This store is operated by Cowan's Canine Care ("we", "us"), based in Rancho Cucamonga, California, United States. By placing an order or using this site you agree to these terms.

Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including measurements and materials. Colours may vary slightly between screens and production runs. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions, and to cancel an order affected by an obvious error, with a full refund.

Not veterinary advice

Our articles, guides and product descriptions are general information for dog owners. They are not veterinary diagnosis, treatment or advice, and nothing on this site should replace your veterinarian. Talk to your vet before starting any supplement, especially if your dog takes prescription anti-inflammatories or has kidney or liver disease. Supplements are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in your selected currency; the charge is processed in USD unless stated otherwise at checkout, and your bank sets the conversion rate. We may refuse or cancel any order, including suspected fraudulent orders, and will refund in full if we do.

Intellectual property

The Cowan's Canine Care name, clover logo, site content, photography and written guides are our property. Please don't reproduce them commercially without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
