Processing
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Print-on-demand apparel is produced after you order and ships from a separate facility, so multi-item orders may arrive in two packages.

- United States: 5–12 business days
- Canada: 8–15 business days
- United Kingdom, EU, Australia: 10–20 business days
Shipping costs
Free standard shipping on US orders over $49. Otherwise a flat $5.95. International rates are calculated at checkout.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 3–5 days to begin updating.
Returns
Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email us first and we'll send return instructions — return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Not returnable
Opened supplements and opened dental gel, for health and safety reasons. Print-on-demand apparel, unless misprinted or damaged.
Damaged or wrong item
Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or refund you in full. You keep the damaged item — don't ship it back.
